





Mads Vaynerman

Mads is an aspiring creative in Chicago, Illinois. She enjoys creating illustrations and storyboards that focus heavily on characters and storytelling. She also enjoys photography, with her favorite subjects being: equines, cemeteries, gothic architecture, concerts, and the differing extremes between urban and rural spaces.
Mads most recent professional experiences are being a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager at Northern Illinois University, a Social Media Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Lincoln Antique Mall, and a Freelance Storyboard Artist, Illustrator, and Animator on a motion comic called "The Official Adventures of Kaia the Squirrel".

She is currently looking for Full-Time work.
Mads is currently partnered with Shadows of Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping fans and individuals within the music and arts community during times of need, and Soul Proprietor Studios, a boutique animation studio specializing in 2D animation for documentaries, short films, music videos, and more, as an Illustrator providing commissions as part of an upcoming raffle to raise donations for those who have been impacted by the California wildfires.

She graduated in the Spring of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from Columbia College Chicago.

When Mads isn't working she enjoys spending time with her parrot Benny, playing guitar, attending concerts, and horseback riding on her paint horse Josey.

Formerly her work has been on display at the Marquis Theater as part of the Beetlejuice Mural on Broadway. She has also had her animated short, No Place Like Home, screened at Columbia College Chicago's Manifest Festival.
